SEAKR Engineering is seeking an Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in digital design, FPGA, ASIC, and memory technologies to develop new architectures and lead a multi-disciplinary team through hardware delivery. The role includes system-level integration, laboratory validation, and coordinating with customers to ensure requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering required, Master's preferred
• 8+ years of design experience
• Extensive knowledge of circuit design and signal integrity
• Ability to lead module debug and system integration

Responsibilities

• Lead a design team from specification through hardware delivery (box, module, board, FPGA, software)
• Oversee multiple module designs in a complex box system
• Coordinate with Hardware, Logic, Mechanical, Software, Manufacturing, Test and Systems Engineers
• Support environmental testing and major design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR)
• Perform hands-on debugging in lab with scopes and logic analyzers
• Provide technical oversight across disciplines to meet customer requirements
