Job summary
The Boeing Company in El Segundo, California seeks a Structural Analysis Engineer (Associate, Mid-Level, or Senior) to own and advance the structural analysis for satellite systems. You will use FEA tools and analytical methods to ensure structural integrity across space hardware and ground support equipment, contributing from proposal through test support.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, or Materials)
- Stress or structural analysis experience
- FEA experience required
Responsibilities
- Own the structural analysis for satellite systems contracts
- Lead development and documentation of structural requirements
- Coordinate with other engineering groups for product environment
- Develop and verify structural integrity using analytical methods and FEA tools
- Lead test plan development and analyze test results
- Document certification/test results for customers/regulatory agencies
- Investigate failures and drive improvements
- Develop analytical processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Support supplier hardware development and integration with design
