Job summary

CesiumAstro, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze integrated master schedules for complex aerospace programs. You will lead schedule planning, baselines, and performance reporting to support program objectives and customer requirements.

The role collaborates with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance to ensure timely execution, accurate forecasting, and robust scheduling health across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, operations management, finance, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of related experience in program scheduling or project management.
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling principles and integrated master scheduling.
• Experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, Open Plan, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Power BI, SharePoint, Jira, or equivalent data/collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated master schedules, baselines, and planning methodologies for complex programs.
• Evaluate scope, WBS, resources, milestones, and dependencies to create executable schedules.
• Lead baseline reviews, schedule updates, and planning meetings throughout programs.
• Coordinate schedule activities across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
• Assess schedule performance, critical path, variances, forecasting, and risks.
