Job summary

Agile Space Industries is seeking an onsite Senior Specialist Program Manager IV in Durango, CO to lead complex aerospace development and production programs across the propulsion portfolio. You will manage cross-functional projects from concept through qualification, production, and lifecycle support, ensuring alignment with technical, schedule, cost, and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of project and program management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Ability to lead large, complex, multi-disciplinary projects with significant impact.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle management, risk management, resource planning, scheduling, budgeting, and performance measurement.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex aerospace programs and strategic initiatives to meet cost, schedule, technical, and quality objectives.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders during execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, test, and operations.
• Drive governance activities, including milestone reviews and executive briefings.
