B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field

10+ years of experience in mechanisms engineering

Responsibilities

Serve as end-to-end Product Design Lead for one or more mechanisms
Technical lead for bearing design/analysis, geartrain development, actuator integration
Develop specifications for actuators and oversee testing/characterization
Lead subsystem reviews, requirements definition, and verification planning
Develop and maintain mechanism IMS and BOM; manage procurement
Interface with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate mechanisms into the vehicle
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers; represent mechanisms engineering at reviews
