Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Integration & Test Engineer in Palm Bay, FL, for hands-on integration and verification of space payloads and spacecraft subsystems. This on-site role emphasizes collaboration across engineering teams and customer interfaces to ensure successful test readiness.

You will lead test strategies, develop EGSE, generate documentation, and support major reviews from SRR through I&T.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree a plus; alternative experience considered.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
• 10 years of related space/defense hardware experience may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-level integration and test for space payloads and vehicles across development, verification, and delivery phases.
• Develop and deploy EGSE solutions and test documentation to support program milestones.
• Lead cross-function teams to drive issue resolution and ensure readiness for major reviews.
