Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Integration & Test Engineer to lead the integration, verification, and testing of space payloads and spacecraft subsystems on site in Palm Bay, FL. You will drive test strategies, develop EGSE, and author test documentation across multiple programs.

The role requires a strong SI&T background in space/defense, ability to work with cross-functional teams, and willingness to travel for program needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience; or graduate degree with 4 years; in lieu of a degree, 10 years of related experience.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret or TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• Experience testing space-qualified, aerospace, or military hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-level integration and test engineering support during verification activities for space hardware and systems.
• Support integration and test activities for spacecraft buses, payloads, and full space vehicles.
• Develop and deploy Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) to support integration and test execution.
