Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Specialist, Integration & Test Engineer to support the development, integration, verification, and test automation of space payloads and spacecraft systems in Palm Bay, Florida. This hands-on, on-site role supports customer-funded programs within our Surveillance Systems division and collaborates across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in related field; TS/SCI preferred.
• Experience with space/defense hardware and systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-level integration and test engineering support during verification activities.
• Develop and deploy Electricity Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) for test execution.
• Create and maintain test documentation: requirements, design, plans, procedures, and tests.
• Interface with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure readiness and execution.
• Travel as needed to support integration, test, and post-delivery activities.
