Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking an experienced digital design engineer to develop high reliability satellite avionics. You will design digital hardware, implement RTL for SoC blocks, and drive verification and validation across the design lifecycle.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture optimization and prototyping for flight support. The role emphasizes FPGA-based avionics, formal verification methods, and integration with firmware/software components in a space-grade

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of digital design and SoC architecture experience.
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog or Verilog for RTL implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital hardware architectures for high reliability satellite avionics.
• Create RTL for critical SoC blocks and interfaces.
• Collaborate on architecture optimization for performance, power, and cost.
• Contribute to design verification and robust, reliable designs.
• Support prototype development for early validation and flight support activities.
