Job summary

Blue Origin, Seattle-based, is seeking a Sr. Operations integrator to own subsystem operations, CONOPS, and testing across the New Glenn program. You will lead constraints, alerts, and timelines for flight vehicle operations, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure integrated readiness.

The role requires a strong background in mechanical/pressurized systems, system engineering, and excellent communication. WA-based, with a base pay range noted for local applicants.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace or related field).
• 8+ years of experience with mechanical or pressurized systems.
• Experience with system engineering principles and processes.
• Experience in analysis, design, or integrated testing of mechanical or fluid power systems.
• Demonstrated understanding of mechanical or fluid system principles, components, and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed and capable of balancing several tasks at one time.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time on‑console support for integrated tests, launch and recovery operations, and troubleshooting.
• Support hardware design reviews and technical assessments.
• Serve as primary technical POC for all design, test, software, operations, and refurbishment artifacts for your subsystem.
• Develop and maintain CONOPS documentation and detailed vehicle operational timelines.
• Define product testing requirements, operations lifecycle, maintenance requirements, and critical interfaces across the system.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, software, test, and operations teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Support failure analysis and corrective action implementation.
