CesiumAstro in Austin is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for the Digital/Mixed-Signal Electronics team to develop high-reliability space electronics. This role focuses on end-to-end hardware development of SDRs, SBCs, and telemetry subsystems for aerospace platforms, with opportunities for technical leadership and direct customer engagement.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years in board-level electronics design, analysis, and test.
• Expertise in digital and mixed-signal electronics, signal integrity and high-speed SerDes.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end design of complex electronics modules and small systems, from concept to production.
• Lead small hardware teams to develop multi-module assemblies.
• Develop hardware architecture and requirements for systems of moderate complexity.
• Perform schematic design and PCB layout in Altium.
• Conduct board-level and box-level analyses (SI/PI) and guide interpretation.
• Develop bring-up and verification plans and perform validation testing.
