CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for Digital & Mixed-Signal Hardware to lead a growing team that develops high-performance electronics for satellites and space systems. You will oversee architecture, design reviews, mentorship, and the transition from development to production across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering required.
• 7+ years of direct digital or mixed-signal hardware engineering experience, aerospace preferred.
• Strong knowledge of high-speed digital and mixed-signal board design.
• Experience with DFM/DFT and transition from development to production.
• Ability to mentor engineers and conduct rigorous technical reviews.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical integrity and engineering excellence for digital/mixed-signal electronics across the company.
• Establish and scale engineer-friendly digital hardware development processes and standards.
• Provide technical reviews and mentorship through architecture and design reviews.
• Occasionally contribute directly to board-level digital/mixed-signal designs when needed.
• Lead complex debug efforts on high-speed interfaces and large FPGA/processor implementations.
• Ensure designs are buildable and testable at scale using DFM/DFT.
