Lunar Outpost seeks a Senior Contracts Specialist - Commercial Space to lead contract administration, negotiations, and compliance for our groundbreaking space technologies. This onsite role supports partnerships and customer relationships that enable missions beyond Earth.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years in contract administration, and strong knowledge of contract law. You will collaborate cross-functionally with suppliers, government bodies, and internal teams to manage

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 4+ years in contract administration or related role, preferably aerospace or tech startup.
• Knowledge of contract law principles and interpretation.
• Strong organization and communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Draft, review, and maintain contractual documents.
• Assist with contract negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, customers, and government entities.
• Review terms to identify risks and escalate issues.
• Coordinate contract implementation between the Company and subcontractors.
• Maintain contract records and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support contract administration across internal departments.
• Assist with government compliance including documentation and reporting.
