Sierra Space Corporation seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiating, and executing sales contracts, NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and MOUs. You will ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining organized contract records.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of contract-related experience.
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle—from drafting through execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; master’s with 6+ yrs experience preferred.
• Active Secret/Top Secret clearance.
• Experience with electronic signature platforms (DocuSign, Adobe Sign).

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract lifecycle from drafting to execution.
• Lead complex negotiations to secure favorable terms.
• Prepare solicitation summaries and compliance matrices.
• Maintain accurate, organized contract records.
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, and project management teams.
• Apply FAR/DFARS knowledge and government contracting best practices.
