Sierra Space Corporation seeks a Contracts Manager to oversee the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts, NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and MOUs. The role requires deep government contracting knowledge and the ability to manage risk and compliance across complex procurements.

You will collaborate with legal, procurement, and project teams, apply FAR/DFARS/Agency requirements, and maintain accurate contract records.

Formación

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; Masters with 6+ years experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including negotiation, drafting, and execution.
• Oversee and lead complex contract negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate and organized contract records and documentation.
