Sierra Space Corporation in Colorado is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to draft, negotiate, and manage sales contracts, NDAs, teaming agreements, and MOUs across the contract lifecycle. The role requires deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government procurement, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and collaboration with legal, procurement, and project teams.

Preferred candidates bring extensive contracts experience and an active clearance; base compensation will reflect experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience with Masters +3 years preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience in contract administration, negotiation and management.
• Deep understanding of contract management concepts, standards and practices.

Responsabilités

• Draft, negotiate and execute sales contracts, NDAs, teaming agreements and MOUs.
• Lead analysis of solicitations, prepare summaries and compliance matrices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements and contract records management.
• Collaborate with legal, procurement and project management teams to meet contract requirements.
