Job summary

Sierra Space Corporation is seeking a Sr Subcontracts Manager to oversee the lifecycle of subcontracts from solicitation through close-out, including developing agreements and ensuring compliance. You will manage high-risk, high-value contracts and lead strategic negotiations on a global scale.

The role requires extensive knowledge of FAR/DFAR, cost analysis, and supplier relationships, with leadership responsibility across projects and functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft suite of products.
• EPR/MRP experience.
• Advanced cost-plus contracting experience.
• Extensive knowledge of subcontract management.
• Expertise in government and commercial contracting regulations (FAR/DFAR).
• Mastery of contractual and legal frameworks.
• In-depth understanding of financial analysis, market trends, and strategic sourcing globally.
• Leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
