You will oversee and lead complex contract negotiations, including the negotiation of contract terms and conditions, to achieve favorable outcomes for the company. Managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, you will ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. You will apply an advanced working understanding of the US Government Acquisition and Procurement environment, commercial contracting methods (FAR Part 12 and non-Gov), FAR/DFARS/Agency requirements, and contract management best practices.
