Job summary

Sierra Space is seeking a Sr Subcontracts Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of high-value subcontracts, from solicitation through close-out. You will negotiate terms, lead complex sourcing initiatives, and advise leadership on risk and regulatory compliance.

The role demands deep expertise in government/commercial contracting, FAR/DFAR, and strong analytical skills, with responsibilities spanning project management and supplier relationships on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Requires aBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 8+ years of related experience.
• Advanced cost-plus contracting experience.
• Expertise in government and commercial contracting regulations (FAR/DFAR).
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.

Responsibilities
