• Ability to communicate with both technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to accelerate missions and propose best-practice architectures.
• Build technical relationships and act as trusted advisor to customers.
• Share customer voice to inform AWS feature roadmaps.
• Create and share best practices, reference architectures, and demos.
• Educate about AWS technology through workshops, meetups, and public speaking.
• Support hiring decisions and mentor teammates through knowledge sharing.
• Develop deep expertise in technical domains aligned with customer outcomes.
