Job summary

Amazon AWS Aerospace & Satellite seeks a Senior Space Solutions Architect to drive cloud-enabled space missions. You will architect solutions, lead architecture reviews, and collaborate with account teams and partners to deliver end-to-end references.

Qualifications

8+ years in technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
3+ years design, implementation or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
10+ years IT development or implementation/consulting experience.
Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.

Responsibilities

Work directly with customers to accelerate missions and recommend best-practice architectures.
Build technical relationships and act as trusted advisor to customers.
Share customer voice to inform AWS feature roadmaps.
Create and share best practices, white papers, code samples and reference architectures.
Educate about AWS technology through workshops, groups, meetups and conferences.
Contribute to SA growth by interviewing candidates and helping others develop skills.
Develop depth in technical domains aligned with customer outcomes.
