Job summary

CesiumAstro in El Segundo, CA seeks a Senior Capture Manager to lead capture and proposal efforts for government and commercial opportunities in satellite communications. You will manage ROMs, NTEs, and firm proposals, partnering with Contracts, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive wins.

You will build relationships with customers, articulate win themes, and guide pricing, BOEs, and compliance across the full proposal lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in capture and proposal for airborne/space-based systems.
• Knowledge of space-based communications systems and phased arrays.
• Experience with CAS, FAR, and other government procurement regulations.
• Ability to obtain U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute comprehensive capture strategy for satellite communications opportunities.
• Foster relationships with government agencies and customers to position CesiumAstro as a preferred provider.
• Organize and lead proposal teams to produce compliant proposals.
• Oversee pricing review and Basis of Estimating development.
• Coordinate with program management, engineering, contracts, supply chain, and finance.
• Ensure successful transition from capture to program execution.
