Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a senior electrical test engineer to drive avionics test programs from concept to qualification. You will develop test hardware, write plans, and coordinate across systems to ensure successful flight hardware verification.

You will lead bench and vehicle level test campaigns, analyze anomalies, and work with production teams to scale the test program for multiple vehicles and configurations.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering or related field required.
• Experience leading electrical test campaigns on flight hardware.
• Proficient with RF test equipment and test automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain avionics test hardware, test plans, and verification matrices.
• Derive electrical test requirements from system specs and ICDs.
• Lead bench, vehicle, and pre-launch electrical test campaigns.
• Investigate anomalies and drive root-cause analysis to closure.
• Collaborate across disciplines to integrate test infrastructures with production flow.
