Job summary

Our client, a government contractor, seeks a Senior Space Auditor to join a Space Management Team responsible for accurate facility, occupancy, and utilization data across a dispersed portfolio. The role blends fieldwork with data analysis and requires travel both domestically and internationally.

The ideal candidate will verify occupancy, update floor plans in AutoCAD and Revit, read blueprints, and maintain precise records using ARCHIBUS. A TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.
• 6+ years of experience in space management, occupancy planning, or related field, or 10+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with ARCHIBUS or a comparable CAFM system.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and floor plans.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate space, occupancy, and utilization data across a dispersed portfolio.
• Update floor plans and seating allocations based on audits.
• Conduct facility assessments and space audits in diverse locations.
• Generate utilization reports and present findings to leadership.
• Support strategic space planning and occupancy initiatives.
