Job summary

SHINE Systems is seeking a Sr. Space Auditor to support the FLS Space Management Team. You will audit facilities, validate occupancy, and update seating allocations using ARCHIBUS, AutoCAD, and Revit.

This role requires travel both domestically and internationally and close collaboration with Space Coordinators, Site Chiefs, and building managers. The ideal candidate will have a TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph, a relevant bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of related experience, and strong

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is required.
• Degree or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree; 6+ years with degree.
• Experience in space management, occupancy planning, or space auditing.
• Proficiency with ARCHIBUS or similar computer-aided facility management systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate space and occupancy data for audits and planning.
• Update seating allocations, floor plans, and space configurations.
• Analyze building usage and support space planning and compliance.
• Travel domestically and internationally to perform audits and site reviews.
• Create reports and presentations for senior leadership.
