Job summary

Procon is a top-ranked construction management and technology consulting firm with 25 years of experience delivering complex projects across the U.S. and worldwide. We seek a Space Auditor to support the FLS Space Management Team with accurate facility data.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph, a related degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency with ARCHIBUS, AutoCAD, and Revit. Travel domestically and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, Engineering, Planning, or related field, plus 6+ years experience (or 10+ years in lieu).
• Experience with ARCHIBUS or similar CAFM system.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit for floor plans and layouts.
• Experience conducting space audits and occupancies validations.
• Ability to perform field measurements and document facility conditions.
• Ability to read blueprints and architectural drawings.
• Strong Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate space, occupancy, and utilization data with FLS Space Management Team.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for space allocation and facility use.
• Gather and analyze space/occupancy requirements.
• Conduct site walks to validate conditions, seating, and occupancy.
• Measure rooms and verify dimensions and configurations.
• Update floor plans and seating allocations from audits.
• Resolve discrepancies in space orientation and occupancy.
• Develop space layouts using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Read blueprints, floor plans, and facility documents.
• Maintain records of space usage, capacity, and vacancy.
• Use ARCHIBUS to update records and generate utilization reports.
• Pull occupancy data from ARCHIBUS and assist on planning needs.
• Support government personnel on space planning needs.
• Assist space planners with gaps in accountable spaces 1450/1450-1.
• Prepare reports and communications for senior leadership.
