Job summary

Procon Consulting, LLC is seeking a Sr. Space Auditor to support the FLS Space Management Team in maintaining accurate space, occupancy, and utilization data. You will coordinate with Directors, Site Chiefs, Building Managers, and government personnel to ensure proper space allocation and compliance.

Responsibilities include conducting facility/site audits, updating floor plans, and preparing reports for senior leadership. Travel domestically and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, Engineering, Planning, or related field with 6+ years of exp or 10+ years in lieu of degree.
• Experience in space management, occupancy planning, facility planning, space auditing, or related function.
• Experience with ARCHIBUS or comparable CAFM system.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit for reviewing/updating floor plans.
• Experience conducting space audits and occupancy validations.
• Ability to read blueprints and architectural drawings.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and Adobe.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate space, occupancy, and utilization data with FLS Space Management Team.
• Coordinate with Directorate/building managers and stakeholders in space allocation.
• Gather, analyze, and coordinate customer space/occupancy requirements.
• Conduct facility/site walks to validate conditions and seating assignments.
• Perform field measurements and verify room dimensions and layouts.
• Update floor plans/seating allocations based on audits.
• Resolve space discrepancies within facilities.
• Develop and revise layouts using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Read blueprints and facility documents to maintain data accuracy.
• Use ARCHIBUS to update records and generate utilization reports.
• Pull/analyze capacity, occupancy, vacancy data from ARCHIBUS.
• Assist government personnel in space planning needs.
• Support strategic space and occupancy planning initiatives.
• Identify gaps in 1450/1450-1 accountable spaces.
• Prepare reports/presentations for senior leadership.
• Facilitate meetings/workshops with stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects with leadership-guided prioritization.
• Perform space audits worldwide, travel bi-monthly/quarterly as required.
