Job summary

DC Global Talent Inc. is seeking a seasoned Director of Spa for a luxury Miami Beach hotel. The role oversees spa operations, elevates service standards, and drives financial performance across spa, fitness, and retail.

The ideal candidate has Forbes Travel Guide experience, a proven track record in guest satisfaction, and strong commercial acumen. Massage background and US work authorization are preferred and relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Director of Spa within a luxury hotel or resort.
Forbes Travel Guide property experience required.
Track record of improving guest satisfaction scores and elevating service standards.
Commercial acumen with revenue growth and budget management.

Responsibilities

Oversee the full spa operation and supervise the spa leadership team.
Drive guest satisfaction scores and service quality across spa and wellness touchpoints.
Develop creative spa packages and experiential offerings to attract clients.
Grow retail revenue and coordinate with marketing, revenue, sales and finance.
Lead training, coaching and performance evaluation to maintain standards.
