Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing spa operations, budgets, and revenue.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, therapies and wellness trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across all spa operations and revenue performance.
• Develop and execute plans aligned with hotel objectives and luxury standards.
• Curate wellness storytelling initiatives and seasonal activations.
• Collaborate with marketing to build authentic spa narratives and partnerships.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, labour costs, and capex to hit targets.
• Identify incremental revenue opportunities and analyze trends to optimize performance.
• Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing spa team.
• Set clear performance expectations and foster luxury service, innovation, and continuous improvement.
