The ideal candidate has luxury hotel spa leadership experience, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven senior spa leadership experience
• Forbes Travel Guide property experience required
• Strong track record of elevating guest satisfaction and service standards
• Creative ability to develop spa packages and promotions
• Commercial acumen with revenue, budget, and retail experience
• Massage therapy background is a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• US work authorization required

Responsibilities

• Lead the full operation of the spa and oversee the Assistant Director and spa team
• Drive guest satisfaction scores and service quality across all spa and wellness touchpoints
• Develop creative packages, promotions, and experiential offerings to attract clients and drive ancillary revenue
• Identify opportunities to grow retail sales across spa and hotel outlets
• Provide leadership support to fitness and retail operations for a cohesive guest experience
• Execute sales, marketing, and wellness programming to cultivate business from guests, locals, and members
• Establish clear quality standards and reinforce them through training and coaching
• Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue, Sales, and Finance to maximize commercial performance
• Drive team development, engagement, and innovation across wellness operations
