Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an experienced kitchen professional to assist the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen and culinary operations of the Resort & Club, including Bluewater restaurant, Indulge, IRD and banquets.

You will supervise food production staff, help with inventories and cost controls, and ensure quality, presentation and flavor while maintaining proper staffing and safety standards; you may be assigned other duties to balance peak workloads.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen and culinary operation of the Resort & Club, including Bluewater restaurant, Indulge, IRD and banquets.
• Supervises food production personnel, assists with food production tasks as needed and assures that quality and cost standards are consistently maintained.
• Assists the Executive Chef with monthly inventories, pricing, cost controls, requisitioning and issuing for food production.
• Assumes complete charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef.
• Assists Executive Chef with supervision of employees, sanitation and safety, menu planning and related production activities.
