Qualifications

• Minimum Education of an Associate’s Degree
• Serv Safe Certification required
• Previous Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience preferred
• High-volume hotel/banquet experience advantageous
• Strong knowledge of local, state and federal food sanitation regulations

Responsibilities
