Job summary

Inn of the Mountain Gods is seeking an experienced server to deliver exceptional dining service in a high-end setting. You will greet guests, explain menu details, and ensure guests with special needs are accommodated, while maintaining a polished, professional appearance.

You will demonstrate hospitality values, handle guest feedback promptly, and work closely with team members to uphold service standards and safety policies throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of restaurant serving experience, including 6 months in fine dining preferred.
• Must maintain New Mexico alcohol server's license or obtain within one month of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide top quality service, greeting guests and accommodating special needs.
• Explain and demonstrate hospitality behaviors and standards to guests and team.
• Handle guest complaints promptly, professionally and with a smile.
• Maintain clean, organized server station and comply with safety rules.
