You will manage shifts, ensure quality, and lead a high-volume kitchen team to deliver memorable dining experiences. Requirements include 2+ years of high-volume restaurant management, knowledge of POS systems and OpenTable, and a commitment to real, healthy food.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Ability to manage shifts, scheduling, and daily decisions.
• Understanding of business operations and financials.

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts including daily decision making, scheduling, and planning.
