Job summary

Eurest USA at Takeda Pharmaceuticals’ Cambridge campus is seeking a full-time Sous Chef for the Cambridge, MA location. The role supports the Executive Chef and leads kitchen staff in a high-volume production environment. Typical schedule is day shift, with Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday patterns.

Qualified candidates will have supervisory experience, ability to follow recipes, and strong teamwork. Benefits include complimentary parking and meals, with additional benefits after 90 days.

• Experience in high-volume catering production.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work with others in a team.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates.
• Stores food following all safety procedures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and workstation.
• Monitors inventory and deliveries; informs supervisor when low.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
