Qualifications

• 3+ years culinary experience (may be considered with high potential).
• Valid local and/or state Food Handler permits.
• Passion for hospitality and a proven track record of world-class hospitality experiences.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to prep ingredients and execute recipes per standards.
• Mentor partners to develop technical knowledge and world-class execution.
• Manage in-store budgets, food costs, and labor.
• Maintain clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen areas.
