Qualifications

• 1-3+ years customer service experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain local Food Handler and Alcohol Server permits.
• Passion for hospitality and a proven record of quality guest experiences.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they enter. Manage party sizes and wait lists to ensure smooth flow.
• Escort guests to tables, explain online menu access, and share relevant details with servers.
• Answer phones courteously and handle inquiries.
• Assist with takeout orders with timeliness and accuracy.
• Thank guests on departure and seek feedback to improve service.
• Address guest complaints with urgency and good judgment.
