Qualifications

• 3+ years culinary experience
• Valid local/state Food Handler certifications and CA RBS where applicable
• Passion for hospitality with a track record of world-class service
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen team to deliver consistent, iconic guest experiences
• Coach and mentor staff to achieve world-class execution of JOEY recipes
• Manage labor budgets and food costs
• Maintain clean, sanitary prep and storage areas
• Recruit, train, and retain team members
• Communicate daily focus and feedback to partners
• Follow safety procedures and rotate tasks as needed
