You will partner with the Executive Chef and account-level teams to drive food quality, consistency, and efficiency at scale, mentoring staff and ensuring safety, cost control, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading culinary operations within commissary or production kitchens.
• Strong understanding of high-volume food production and batch cooking.
• Experience coordinating multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and coach culinary teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support daily culinary operations in the commissary, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
• Lead production, packaging, and distribution for corporate accounts and catering events.
• Collaborate with Executive Chefs to execute menus and schedules.
• Supervise team members, coach, and develop staff.
• Manage production timelines and logistics for on-time delivery to clients.
• Monitor inventory and assist with purchasing and rotation.
• Support cost-control initiatives and waste reduction.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and company standards.
• Collaborate on new menu items and operational improvements.
• Assist with large-scale catering production and events.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture.
