Job summary

Wolfgang Puck Catering is hiring an Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision and daily kitchen operations for a premier corporate dining account and events program. You will blend culinary creativity with business acumen and people leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with operations leaders, clients, and culinary teams to craft memorable experiences, mentor staff, and drive operational excellence across daily service and special events.

Qualifications

• Culinary leadership experience in corporate dining, hospitality, or catering.
• Experience overseeing food production in high-volume, quality-driven operations.
• Knowledge of menu development, trends, food safety standards, and labor metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary operations and daily kitchen management for the account.
• Develop innovative menus reflecting seasonal ingredients and client preferences.
• Oversee food production for daily dining and events, including catering functions.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and food cost controls.
• Recruit, train, and develop culinary team members for career growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Lead VIP events and high-profile catering opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners to introduce new programs and guest experiences.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
