Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume commissary, catering, or corporate dining operations.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, labor, food costs, forecasting, and P&L responsibility.
• Knowledge of large-scale food production, inventory management, purchasing, QA, and planning.
• Experience leading culinary teams and partnering with chefs/operations leaders.
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation, regulatory compliance, and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead all commissary operations supporting corporate dining accounts, catering programs, and events.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, expense management, labor controls, inventory, and profitability.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to meet quality, presentation, volume, and service goals.
• Develop staffing strategies to optimize labor levels and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and safety standards.
