You will negotiate terms, build long-term supplier relationships, and collaborate with sales and operations to ensure supply readiness. This in-person, full-time role offers rapid career growth in a fast-moving startup.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years in procurement, supply chain or sourcing in B2B environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven vendor management and negotiation experience.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data and inventory trends.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, source, and qualify new surplus equipment opportunities globally.
• Own the full purchase cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Build and manage long-term supplier relationships and understand pain points.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and purchase agreements for favorable outcomes.
• Draft, review, and issue purchase orders aligned with negotiated terms.
• Maintain a sourcing pipeline and track pricing, availability, and deal progress in CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure supply readiness and meet project needs.
• Represent Bluewater at conferences, trade shows, and supplier meetings.
