Job summary

Bluewater is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to grow procurement of Renewable Energy equipment, focusing on solar panels and site solutions. You will own the full purchase cycle, build supplier relationships, and align sourcing with market demand to expand the business unit.

The role suits a self-motivated, commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable owning the end-to-end purchasing process.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of procurement or sourcing experience in a B2B environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven vendor relationship management and negotiation of supply agreements.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate market data and pricing.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows, vendor visits and events.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and qualify new surplus equipment opportunities across the supply chain.
• Own and manage the full purchase cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships with a focus on solutions.
• Draft, review, and issue purchase orders ensuring alignment with terms.
• Maintain a sourcing pipeline and monitor pricing and product availability.
