Bain & Company is hiring a Specialist, Sourcing in Chicago, IL. You will independently develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, identify prospective candidates, and provide market insights to support hiring decisions.

You will build strong talent pipelines across Bain’s practices, engaging passive talent and collaborating with recruiters and account teams to meet priority talent needs. Hybrid work requires in-office presence at least 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in talent sourcing or headhunting.
• Strong candidate research and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage priorities.
• Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to tailor sourcing strategies for roles.
• Identify and assess candidates, providing recommendations to teams.
• Develop sourcing strategies across Bain practices and functions.
• Use LinkedIn, SeekOut, and Avature to identify talent and share market insights.
• Engage candidates through outreach and build relationships for Bain opportunities.
• Maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
