Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Operations.
• Knowledge of contract management preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Travel up to 10% as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of sourcing for hardware, hinges and misc metals categories.
• Perform detailed supply market analysis related to commodities, industries, and suppliers.
• Develop and implement long-term commodity strategies to lower total cost of ownership.
• Lead negotiations of supply agreements aligned with business strategies.
• Coordinate with Supplier Development to manage supplier risk and develop new suppliers.
• Develop and implement supply chain initiatives to improve responsiveness to customer demand.
