A leading HVAC company is seeking a proactive Metals Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing efforts for metals across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in metals sourcing and strong analytical and negotiation skills. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in metals sourcing, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of metal markets, CRU indices, and fabrication processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and collaborate with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing efforts for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure capacity, continuity, and competitive pricing.
• Place and manage purchase orders for in-house metal fabrication needs.
