This remote-first position emphasizes strategic talent mapping, client advisory, and delivering top-tier engineers across borders.

You will build passive pipelines, conduct rigorous interviews, and negotiate offers with multinational clients, leveraging advanced sourcing tools and CRM platforms in a dynamic, virtual team

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in engineering recruitment.
• Experience sourcing for specialized engineering fields (aerospace, automotive, process, structural).
• Proven ability to manage international recruitment projects remotely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for senior and specialized engineering roles globally.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active engineering candidates.
• Build and nurture a strong network of engineering professionals across various specializations.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate technical expertise, leadership potential, and cultural alignment.
• Manage relationships with clients, understanding their technical project needs and talent acquisition strategies.
• Provide expert market intelligence on engineering talent trends, compensation, and industry dynamics.
• Negotiate complex offer packages and manage the hiring process through to onboarding.
