We're hiring a Senior Sourcer – Contract to Hire to help us scale our R&D and G&A organizations, spanning both S oftware , H ardware , P roduct, AI , and G&A functions. In this role, you'll partner closely with our recruiters and hiring managers t o develop thoughtful, creative sourcing strategies and engage hard-to-find talent at every level, from individual contributors to senior leadership. You'll build diverse, high-quality pipelines for both traditional software roles and specialized hardware/AI systems roles, main taining a high bar for candidate experience while championing data-driven sourcing practices.
Location. This role is remote in the continental United States. We are unable to consider candidates outside of the continental USA. You will mainly be supporting West-Coast based hiring managers, so our ideal candidate is comfortable working Pacific Time. .

We use a geographic pay structure based on cost-of-labor markets.
Final compensation will be determined by experience, scope, and level, and may vary from the posted range.
