The Director, HR Technology is responsible for leading the strategy, design, delivery, and ongoing optimization of Alnylam’s HR technology ecosystem. This role will own the SuccessFactors platform, drive the adoption of AI-enabled and digital capabilities, and partner closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and employee‑centric HR solutions. Reporting to the Executive Director, HR Innovation & Analytics, this is a critical leadership role that will ensure HR technology effectively enables core HR processes, supports business growth, and enhances overall employee experience across the organization.
This is a hybrid position and will primarily be based in Cambridge, MA.

The pay range below reflects the full‑time base salary range we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Base pay will be determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. This role is eligible for an annual short‑term incentive award (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long‑term incentive award (e.g., equity).
