For our client, we are seeking a Senior Sourcer to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This remote role will focus on building strong candidate pipelines for specialized positions where inbound interest is limited. You will use creative sourcing strategies, personalized outreach, and persistent engagement to connect with passive candidates and support hiring needs across the organization. The role partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to help prioritize searches, shape candidate flow, and create a strong first impression of the company.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $130,000 – $165,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own outbound sourcing for roles with thin pipelines or limited inbound applications


• Use advanced search techniques to identify passive candidates across multiple channels


• Conduct personalized outreach campaigns and maintain engagement over extended sourcing cycles


• Engage in meaningful conversations with candidates to help qualify prospects for hiring managers


• Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to prioritize search efforts


• Serve as the first point of contact for potential candidates and create a positive candidate experience
